Between the gap time of joining Bachelor I did major introspecting and held myself accountable.
I was not dumb, I was just lazy.
I began working and then sometime later, joined bachelor’s. My schedule was pretty gruesome and I don’t advice anyone doing it as well.
So, I used to wake up at 5:30, get ready for college and leave. College was from 6:30 until 11:00 AM. Would reach work at 12:00, work until 8:00 PM and go home. Exercise for half hour at home, do college work and sleep at around 11:00.
I did this for 4 years. In those four years, I quit my job and started my own business as well. If I can do it, so can you.
So yeah. Long answer is, yes. You can do an Academic comeback. Managing time is a very individual thing and differs from one person to another. But yeah, you can do it. Good luck.

Watch a chapter video. Write while studying.
Revise.
REVISE after video ends.
Ratta maar asmita solution set Bata.
If stuck on a hard question, highlight it. Give more time to highlighted ones when revising.
Repeat for all chapters.
The problem is that organic chapters are all interconnected so you cannot even leave a single chapter out. Either you go all in on organic or leave 33marks out of 75 😮💨

Also you want to remember some tricks :-
🤞Inorganic ko 11 marks jati matra auxa 😮💨 so focus on physical and organic. Plus inorganic ma reaction haru predict garna mildaina so it is pure ratta. Atleast organic ko bujera ratta haninxa
🤝Learn IUPAC naming IUPAC NAMING and common naming.
🤝Don’t bother learning physical properties. Most of the give reason questions related to physical properties have a common answer (due to hydrogen bond, due to something bond blah blah)
Chemical properties, manufacture, distinguish this this, give reason why, special name reactions matra sodxa.
DONT TOUCH THE CHEMISTRY BOOK. I REPEAT DONOT TOUCH THE CHEMISTRY BOOK. put the chem book in fixed deposit for a year and submit it when you’re done with board exam.
Follow this strict routine and you will become a chemistry god like me.

You’re asking for time management ? really ? Do you have a job ? if yes, may be you seeking help with time management is reasonable, but if not, you’re just looking for escape. Hold yourself accountable, because sooner or later, this laziness, lack of discipline is going to hit you hard, so hard it will leave you unconscious for a long time. Nothing will seem possible, you will never know what to do.
You sleep for 8 hrs, college for another 8 let’s say, you’ll have 8 hrs remaining, if half of that free time, is not going according to your plan, then everything good that happening or will happen to you will be just a mere good luck, and trust me my friend when I say this, that’s not a good thing.
And if you don’t have a plan, get one for that 4 hours, if not, you’ll never see that free time escaping.
I also made a post like this when I was at the beginning of class 12. Seniors gave me very good advice but the main problem was that I was too lazy to execute.

When i was in college hamro organic ko sir le jaile class aagadi sodhnu hunthyo so ma jaile class aagadi note herera revise garthe because i knew mero turn pakka aauxa bhanera. Tesaile garda hola organic chem was never hard for me. So study consistently, Atleast revise before class.
Edit: Class ma matra dyan diyera padeko xa bhane 12 class is fairly easy.
