We are looking to build a house of 2.5 storey in Kathmandu and have hired a thekedar for it. We have agreed to pay him for the labor charges only and rest of the materials will be bought by us.
I have been asking here and there for this topic, some say panchakanya is good, some say ambe, some jagadamba. My question is since all of these have to go through a certain ISO standard testing, will it be worth paying extra 20-30 Rs for Panchankanya as compared to Jagadambda steels? Or is it just about the name?
