take any pixel phones, i am still using my pixel 3 it has got better camera and display compared to iphone 11( which others are recommending to you), iphone 11 display looks like a old tv display, yo can see individual pixels of display .

Samsung galaxy A34, Xiaomi 12 pro, poco x5 pro.
For video and photo get the second hand iphone 11. The display isn’t the iphone level good but better than most mid range androids. The battery will be okish but don’t expect the battery to be like the android ones. The performance will be as good as an entry level Flagship android but the software update will be limited cause it’s a 2019 iphone. If you are gonna use this phone for 3 years or more go for it but don’t expect it to be like the newer iphones
