AWS re/start worth it?

i have recently passed grade 12, planning to study aboard and came across this 3 months [course](https://unlimitednepal.com/restart/?fbclid=IwAR0axJChxzYPWVGBfPah2-qEjPT3vYsAtFnf6sTn-7fLAJMCKXIIF9Vu10w&mibextid=Zxz2cZ). it’s free yet we’ve to deposit 25k firsthand. it’s 11-6, with compulsory 95% attendance. you think [this](https://unlimitednepal.com/restart/?fbclid=IwAR0axJChxzYPWVGBfPah2-qEjPT3vYsAtFnf6sTn-7fLAJMCKXIIF9Vu10w&mibextid=Zxz2cZ) is worth it? will this certification benefit me in long run? has anyone taken this?

  1. Do you have the prior understanding basic software/programming or software deployment (as I feel by AWS, general idea is about deployment or using cloud service). If you have these knowledge , then this course might help only if this course teaches to core level. Normally, these +2 student focused course are designed with general idea and teaching which you can find in more depth in other online lecture or courses.

This certificate won’t help you anywhere unless you have the potential to work or understand in cloud computing/DevOps or the field you choose. And I doubt about this course since it mention about teaching some programming and AWS too at the same time and that’s even to a beginner. I would suggest you start with some more focused course in any field you want.

Keep in mind that AWS has 200+ tools within their cloud service like AWS S3, Lambda, cognito, SQS, AWS Gateway , Elastic beanstalk, EKS, etc. So this course might be only covering the general idea like what is what not how it works.

  2. It may be worth it for a lot of people but probably not for you. You seem to have a very vague understanding of what AWS does and how it can benefit you.

Personally I’d suggest people to just go through official documentation. They are written in English, if that matters.
