Are there public libraries around Kathmandu?

So the plot is I really want to expand my English vocabulary and college ko library is not an option. That leads me here to seek for help .

If you know any such place where I can borrow books with subscription or some sort of system then please do mention about it

Really in need, can’t always remain this nalla !!!

I think you can become member in American Embassy but just the security check to get inside the library is brutal.
