  1. 50% of people worldwide have h pylori infection. In fact its the main reason for actue gastritis (gastric). Symptoms are burning sensation in upper stomach, chest. This may or may not be related to food. Bad signs are weight loss, loss of appetite, black stool. It can be diagnosed with blood/stool tests or endoscopy/biopsy. Generally if its is proven to be h pylori youll have to take a 2 week antibiotics course along with gastric ko ausadi which you might have to take for a long time, like a month or two.
