Hi, Does the phone from US work with ntc/ncell sim in Nepal if I don’t do MDMS Registration? If someone recently have gone to Nepal and could provide their feedback on it, would be really helpful.

Yes, it is currently working without MDMS registration. But if you have someone returning from abroad I would suggest registering. My parents recently returned from the US, so I used their passport to register. It took like 6-8 hours for them to approve and I didn’t have to pay anything.
Yes, it works with Ncell without registration, but if it requires an e sim, then you have to go through some type of process at a NTC office.
