Currently an NTfiber user at 40mpbs + telephone line. Ping is great but the speed is just soo annoying.
250 mbps for CGnet = Rs 3100 (3 months)
250 mbps for Worldlink = Rs 3600 (3 months)
I’ve heard that speed in neighborhoods with a decent amount of worldlink users is pretty slow and for cgnet the customer service is slow and any issue takes up more than a day to solve. Both of these claims were made some time ago.
Please help me decide, share me your experience. Thank you

CG user ever since its inception, the speed is good enough. Personally I haven’t experienced any issues with my connection but i do hear from other people that customer service is really poor. However the thing I hate about this ISP is net tv and the set up box which is really expensive.
As a user who shifted from worldlink to cgnet, cgnet has been wonderful to me.
CG net is wonderful. Been around a year and has worked really well. The complaints also have been adressed pretty soon compared to others so i havent found the customer support to be trash like everybody claims. Also their app is really handy to register complaints and see details about the network.
so I have all three: NTFiber, Wlink and CGnet. I will share my experience but do know that not all people will have same experience, thau anusar farak parcha.
mero experience ko kura garna parda, been using NTFiber for more than 4years. NTFiber was good in its early days. Our family was one of the first people to have NTFiber in our place. It used to be very good, speed and pings were excellent, tara as more people started using NTFiber, the speed was very slow. last year bata ta ekdum slow cha. customer service chai 4/10 vanchu, kei vayo vane they will pickup the call but fix garna time dherai lagaucha, aba pole tirai kei problem cha vane, gadi chaina aile, manche chaina aile, etc etc vanera 1din pachi tira aaidincha banauna lai
talking bout Wlink, been using it for more than 3 years, first year ma it was slow, ping was trash. jhan lockdown ko bela thyo pubg khelinthyo and network problem vanera aako aai garthyo, downloads were slow, overall internet surfing experience was not good. but last 2 years, it has changed, sab ramro chalcha no complains. customer service is 10/10. kei vayo vane vanna sath aaidincha banauna lai, katai tira pole haru ma problem aayo vane sms aaucha, yo thau ma esto vako cha tesaile internet nachalna sakcha vanera, maintainance ko lagi internet banda huna sakcha vanera ni 2din pailai aaucha message.
now CGnet ko kura garda parda chai, dherai vako chaina chalauna thaleko, 6months jati vayo. its good so far, speeds are good, vanekai jati aaucha. customer service could be better, its not as bad as NTC but Wlink jati ko ramro ni chaina. 7/10 cha vanam. aile customers kam chan CGnet ko, 1,2barsha pachi heram k huncha, NTFiber jastai hune hoki k tha.
I would suggest you to opt for Worldlink, good customer support, excellent internet, prices might be a bit expensive than CGnet for I think its worth it.
