Namaskar , ma Nepali ho but I was born in the US. I come to Nepal couple times a year bcuz I love it way more than US. US only place to make money but not good culture/people and its not really a good place to live. Anyways I want to ask if I can get a bike license without nepali passport. Is it possible? Specifically Kathmandu?
Also what bikes are good? I have been looking around and I only know 2 bike company in US. Honda and Royal Enfield. I’m thinking of buying maybe Royal Enfield because it looks very strong and long lasting. Is RE a good quality bike? Especially for Nepal roads?

If you have American License, you can directly apply and get Nepalese one. You may need a NRN card, more better if you can get NRN Citizenship. No trail, no written, just submit an application and get DL the same day.
