The agent promised to add a motorcycle category as well for an amount totaling 7 thousand through eSewa and 93 thousand in cash. Now, he avoids me, claiming issues have arisen. Concerned about potential legal repercussions like mudda parcha jasto cha and i fear it might impact on my visa, I’m unsure of the appropriate course of action.

Forget what happened and keep doing your process for visa. No one will come after your and filing police report against you is a stupid thing no one will bother doing it. And don’t panic too much.
