What’s wrong with our mindset?

Lately there has been few videos surfacing demanding Monarch return in Nepal. Have people completely lost their mind. While the rest of the countries are moving forward why are we moving backwards. The condition in early 21st century was ervery grim when the king was in power. Although, the current democratic system is corrupt AF, yet we are still moving forward even though slower than a snail. But the point is handing all the wealth and power to the king is not a choice. Not sure if this is because there’s a lack of education among the general public or is it just handful of goons who experienced power whilst the king had the control. The rational thinking would be how to prosper defeating corruption. Bring those in power who actually make a difference in the country and not roll back to ancient times.

  1. tenson naleu na bro. Media le ta views badauna j pani highlight garxa ni. Aba raja audaina tara raja ko naam ma vote chai aucha k. Raja aau desh bachau vanne haru din dinai ghatdai jane ho aba ta.

  2. the kings could do everything from driving expensive af cars to letting their kids go manslaughter people in road with cars

they didnt let any info out on how money was being spent and there was the coups done by monarchs and nobody knew

they could kill anyone they wanted during the civil war like people remember maoists killing shit ton of people but they already forgot soldier opening fire at innocent people with his semi auto rifle they forgot the royal army killing children without any trial for being suspected to be planting IEDs they forgot army sending a helicoptor full of soilders to burn a person’s house cause he was a doctor and treated some injured Maoist people remember maoist robbing people and shooting any house that didnt give them shelter but forgot the army coming next day and kiling the victims cause they provided them shelters

the days of the king was never any better than this and some people are demanding its return

  3. aru kehi haina daddy issues ho monarch lovers haru ko !
thinking monarchs are better is absolutly maddd and laughable at same time
has so much influence and money khai ta kehi gareko aile samma all they do is go to trisara
sing yo maan ta nepali ho ani pugyo nepali lai
raja farkaune bhanda us nepalese people should learn to utilize our voting rights effectivly jahile shere oli prachande kaam chaina bhaneko hunxa ani feri tiniahrulai jitako hunxa

  4. ***Bring those in power who actually make a difference in the country and not roll back to ancient times.***

Neither the king nor the current so-called leaders can do anything for Nepal.

So it does not matter who is in power on this side of the border.

Nepal has never been run by Nepalese for a loong long time.

    धन्यवाद दिदै अहिलेको लागी बिदा हुन चाहें।

  5. Being outside Nepal for 10+ years I realized that in Nepal, most of us think we know everything about everything. We don’t think we ever need help, we always want to be in the highest position, we don’t take facts seriously and we don’t think small details are important. I worked as an engineer for a few years and I’m so surprised how seriously people take small details I’m design, which might seem insignificant to general public. It’s a poor country but the mentality is that “we know everything, you don’t need to tell me how to do things since I’m at this high position, that’s a small detail, if you’ve already done 70% of the work, it’s almost done, no need to worry as much about the final details” . Again, this is just what I think is the issue.

  6. They don’t want King to come back rather they want all the power taken away from corrupts like Prachanda, Deuba, Oli and every other useless politician..

  7. Those who support monarchy are paid to do so.

If you can see it’s wrong and democracy is the best system, speak out against such people.

Don’t stay silent, good and smart people staying quiet is the main reason dumb assholes are visible on social media, shut their stupid asses down.

We can’t let these paid cunts bring back monarchy. Speak out, do your part!

  8. It is a grass is greener on the other side fallacy. When monarchs were ruling, we wanted multi-party system democracy and now we have multi-party democracy, they want monarchy. It is a revolving cycle. People get tired of whoever is in leadership and want change. On the other hand, our leadership sucks and it does not matter who ever is in the power. We have had many people who were in charge, but no one has been able to provide the stability that people are looking for. It’s always politicians bickering on each other. Don’t even get me started in the bureaucratic employees and the system. Doesn’t matter who is in leading the government our government employees are same folks. Until we are able to bring change to the behaviors of bureaucratic employees, people won’t see the change that they are looking for.

At least with democracy, we can elect new leader every 5 years and see if they can make any changes to the system.

  9. Fuck everyone.

    Neta le garda desh bigryo.
    Desh bigriyera janata bigriyo.
    Janata bigrera neta bigriyo.

Chicken – egg problem bhairako chha yeta. Par lagchha jasto lagdaina yo. Ma ta desh better hunchha bhanne sochna chhodisake.

  10. Problem does not lie in a system. Problem is in people and their mindset. Nepal ma aaile ta tol tolmai raja xan, so afnai wari pari hera who are politicians or trying to be politicians, you’ll see nobody who is actually doing for development. Everybody wants to be in power to misuse it, and to print money.

Ani arko kura, those who actually are capable and want to do something, they can’t do because thulo party bata ticket pauna lai, they need fat money, jo normal manxe snga hudaina. So in many case, businessman comes into politics and then tyole garne vaneko k ho? Only business, not business paisa chapne kaam actually.

Ani suppose raja ko sasan aayepani, raja ko najik ko manxe le tei garne hun jo aaile politicians gardai xan.

System is not problem. Problem is our collective mindset. 99% people are mocking government because, no one closer to their family is in politics. Myaa, woda adekshya ko samet tetro tetro ghar hunxa, tesko xoro ko pocket money nai lakh dui lakh hunxa.

In summary: try to be in power and dominate everything. If your chineko no one is in politics(like me) then keep your head down, build yourself and fuckin leave this country. Kina vane every person here (including politicians, non politicians, influencers, gau ko manxe, sahar ko manxe, padheko, napadheko, baccha, budho) everyone is chor, farak etti ho who is capable to f*** system and rule. “Give them mask, and they will show you their real face.”
