So, I wanted to try out a kind of stuffing such that it will give you bombardment of multiple flavours in your mouth when you chew the Momo
For that, apart from the usual ingredients, I am thinking of using the “mint leaves” and “Timur”
Has anyone ever tried using these two ingredients, if yes then how did it turn out at the end?

The key to good veg momo is the texture of the filling. It has to be either crunchy (mainly with not overly cooked thinly cut cabbage or lettuce) or with grated or finely cut firm tofu. On top making it juicy with hint of oil is always a good idea.
Spices like you mentioned should be minimal, should only give a hint of the taste, for momo filling focus on texture and not too much on sharp taste.
For flavour you now have the sauce to work with. Experiment with whatever you want. Mint and timur are both really good options. Also use chilli or some other sort of hot sauce. Make it watery or thick. But don’t put too strong flavour inside the mono itself, keep it simple.
So along with Cabbage and Paneer my mom also uses usineko plantains.
I would suggest that timur, if very finely ground and very little put, will work well.
Mint, I dont think it would be that good but it might be my own bias as I dont like mint
Cooked mint ali mitho na Huna sakcha. You can put timur but only if it is very finely grinded. But my personal opinion is add timur (and maybe even mint) in achar rather than momo itself since you can adjust achar taste gardai but since momos are individually wrapped and tastes different cooked and raw (filling)
