Toxic Company

Toxic Company

I have come to know that ClassicTech has recently opened vacancy for hiring engineers (not software but network).

The gross salary they are offering is 17000 (which is below minimum govt allocated salary/wage) and what’s more shocking is they will be taking orginal educational certificate for at least 2 years.
The selected employee should the contract for 3 years.

Is it okay? Are other companies executing similar practices?

  1. Taking original certificates hostage is nothing but a crime. Its illegal but our incompetent political leadership are ignorant of almost every wrong and illegal thing happing in our country!

  2. WTF, this is sad very sad. Salary is less of my concern but taking your original certificate, tf? If you have strong evidence at least forward it to greater mass. I know stuff like these won’t be even taken seriously in terms of law, but public shaming might do the job. We all should contribute whatever we can to stop these fucking corporate bastards.

  3. thats major red flag. employee are free to leave their job on their will with notice period. also, they don’t even have right to take original certificates. i once had job offer from a company and they were asking for 3 years commitment. i asked them for commitment on salary increase. things didn’t go anywhere.

I gave an interview in CT about 4-5yrs ago. JD was of more like sales (B2B & media planning). interview was only on media release/relation.

  4. Maile yo classic tech sangai aru different company haru le kam salary dine kura ekpatak sumana shrestha lai email gareko thiye, she’d said she’d look into it tara kura kaha pugyo thaha xaina

Ma vianet ma area sales representative ko kaam gare kei mahina, mero ek jana saathi chai classic tech join gareko thiye, vianet ma entry level salary thikai dinthyo gross salary around 17000 hunthyo saayed ra hamilai teti dherai work load hudaina thiyo, aba sales department bhaye paxi pressure ta hunxa nai, testai utaa classic tech ma bhane gross salary 12000 pani nadine raixe ani tei maathi tyo sales representative le ekdum large area cover garna parne, saathi sanga cycle matra thiyo but office bata uslai ekdum pressure dine haina, ekaidin 10-15km bhanda badi travel garna lagaune ani extra allowance pani nadine

  5. As an ex-employee of the company. I can vouch for your statement. Below average pay scale tei vayera i used to chill out and have a lot of smoke breaks lmao.

  6. These companies and practices exist because nobody takes it up to them as they are afraid of a negative recommendation they might give which could potentially impact your career! It’s sad. Govt should set up a fine so huge that they don’t even think about doing it!
