Why are bhanjas & bhanjis given extra special treatment in Mamaghar but bhatijs, bhatijis aren’t treated as specially.

Is there any religious, cultural or even mythological reason? 1. mama, maiju address bhanja bhanji with highest degree of respect, like using ‘hajur’, ‘tapai’. 2. we don’t touch feet of grandparents of mamaghar side.
