  1. If you have a home with shelter, consider opening a small shop with an initial investment of 40-45k. Avoid alcoholic items like wines and beers; instead, opt for local products like rakshis. Purchase a carton of noodles, stock them in your shop, and include a few bottles of Sprite. By saving 200 Rs per day, you could earn 6,000 per month. In a year, that amounts to 72,000 Rs. You can expand your shop by adding more items, but success requires dedicated focus.

  2. An app in nepal that will allow several bus drivers to register their buses, allow people to buy tickets online, know about the arrival time of buses in different areas and number of available seats or something like that.

The drivers are legally obliged to provide seats for passengers who booked the seats which they will constantly get notified of before they leave the bus station, even if they are local bus. This will encourage more people to buy tickets online even for small distance as it secures a position.

We can then charge 1%-2% commission as a 3rd party manager for the transfer of money. We can also sell the collected data to several companies which allows us to earn massive profit

This app won’t need super powerful hardware to run, as its just a database where we allow drivers to register their stop time and where their vehicles goes. Just in case they are reserved, they can block their services for the days when they won’t go and the money is only transferred from client to bus drivers/contractors when the contractors accept the request. The contractors have to send their legal personal info to the service provider to ensure no scam is done and if it is done, the company will itself provide them a ride or possibly monetary compensation twice the scammed amount ( shouldn’t be much). However if the culprit is caught, we will have condition to get 4x the amount scammed as a compensation so its a profit as well.

Its just a shitty idea but with the current pace of development, I am pretty sure it will be a million dollar industry if we are quick enough to completely engulf the nepali market.

Yes there are online sites where you can see them but they are completely personalized ones for certain bus companies which reduces the chances of finding what you need so a centralized data base is def very very important with the rise of network

May be I will myself make it after a few years I dunno

  3. Start up not equals to business.
