personally, i think je cha teslai sudharnu parcha. like bhatbhateni and any other retail in nepal, their major problem is trash ass customer service so tyo department lai better garyo bhane shopping experience dherai nai improve huncha.

Yes, definitely. If you only improve upon what bhatbhateni is not great at, people will flock to your store. Additionally, I personally feel that there is still a place for competitors in the supermarket/retail industry in Nepal. The market is not saturated at all, and it’s mostly monopoly.
