I used an empty perfboard cut out to fit my needs.
If you’re using a microcontroller, use a shield. There are empty shields that are very easy to work with.
Some people may help you etch a pcb but I’m sure you can’t print one. Zener technologies or Projectronix.
Why not use a nodeMCU or a Raspberry PI instead?
Machineertech used to do. Don’t know about now.
