I have been experiencing knee pain since yesterday. There hasn’t been any physical injury or apparent cause for the pain. It is very painful to stand, walk or fully straighten my leg. However, if I practice keeping it straight for a while, the pain reduces to some extent.
Do you have any suggestions for what I should do?
