Hello everyone,
I used to be really good at football, but now it feels like I’ve forgotten how to play. I can’t dribble, and my skills are rusty. I’m looking for advice from you all on how to get my football abilities back. Practice garna khulla thau pani xaina. I play football once a week ani i sometime play good but most of the time I play bad and I feel so bad.
Have any of you been through this before? If so, how did you get better? Are there exercises or drills that helped you? I’m especially interested in tips for improving dribbling and ball control.
I want to enjoy playing football like I used to, so please share your advice and experiences. Your help would mean a lot to me.
