Need Help for College Selection

Hey I am a recent +2 passout student. I wanna pursue my career in IT sector. I am confused between two colleges **NCIT(Balkumari)** for Software engineering and **St. Xaviers** for CSIT. I haven’t really touched my books since last exam(jestha 5). I am an average student but got A+ with no cheating in exam . So my questions are
**1. Is it possible to get into St. Xaviers if I start studying from today?**
**2. Which college would be better suit me?**

PS: **Going aboard ain’t possible** for me right now due to many personal reasons ,also you can suggest me some colleges if there are any better ones.
