That we cannot protest or support the current government. We cannot speak about Israel or Palestine, and also not post anything on social media protesting or supporting anyone.
Asti euta baini posted about the children in Gaza and she was asked to delete that post.
For example jor jor le chichhyaera “KP Oli tori ho”, “Congress ko bottleneck Deuba ho” “Pra**nda should be in jail” etc bhanna man lagcha but aba na Paine bho.

Lots of companies have social media policies like that. It’s not unnatural. If the company is working with government contracts then it makes sense to not allow company employees to say shit about the government. This is basically the same in every INGO and UN organization.
that is oppressing and violates your right to have personal opinion.
Reddit ma post gara bro. Kasaile thaha paudaina kasle post garya bhanera
Have someone from your company tried posting in support of Israel? Try that once. I can clearly see what’s going on. But then again how the fuck does a company has any rights over personal political views? What kind of fascist company is that? Why the hell do they care who you support and what you post on social media until and unless its something illegal or straight up unethical. Do you know what the owner of the company are?
Democracy is dead. This problem has had a stronghold in the US. Its only natural that Nepal would feel empowered to enforce similar policies that take away your freedom of speech.
Edit: we are a us based company and the management fears that if clients or customers bump into one of the posts by the employee, they might lose business. Hope this provides context as to why a Nepali company is avoiding this.
