The Motorola ThinkPhone is a new smartphone that combines the expertise and legacy of two legendary brands in the tech industry – IBM’s ThinkPad laptop and Motorola Mobility. This phone is the result of a storied history of acquisitions, mergers, and collaborations that started in the 1990s.

Impressive Specs of the Motorola ThinkPhone

The Motorola ThinkPhone boasts impressive specs, including a 6.60″ P-OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a 1080x2400px resolution. The Motorola ThinkPhone runs on Android 13 and features a rear camera setup with a 50 MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture, 1/1.5″ sensor size, multi-directional PDAF, and OIS, a 13 MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture and 120-degree field of view, and a 2 MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it has a 32 MP (ROW model) or 16 MP (PRC model) wide camera with f/2.5 or f/2.0 aperture, respectively.

The phone can capture video up to 8K@30fps, 4K@30/60fps, and 4K@30fps HDR10 with its rear camera and up to 4K@30fps and 1080p@30/60fps with its front camera. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 68W wired and 15W wireless charging capabilities. Other features include an under-display optical fingerprint reader, NFC, and stereo speakers.

The Motorola ThinkPhone is an exciting new addition to the smartphone market, with a price range expected to start at NPR 59,405 and go up to NPR 72,485.
