There is no specific route. You can easily take wrong turn and might have to walk few longer.
I took route from Australian base camp. If you have extra time then i suggest you to stay there and enjoy for a single night. I forgot the name of hotel but it is on left side of road(in Australian base camp) . They serve amazing food.
You can drive up to dhampus/kande or deurali and start hike from there. 3-4 days you can complete this trek. Follow the main trail.
While returning, come from kalimati instead of siding, its a steep downhill from siding.
