I make a pretty good classic momo jhol with tomatoes and sesame which is kinda yellow or red.
I used to eat an insane amount of jhol momo from Everest momo in samakhusi. (there’s like a million Everest momo resturants not sure which one this is)
Their sauce was a bit different, kinda white and green with a more gritty texture. Anyone have a recipe for this?
