I am a guy(21 years old) . I am currently studying BE in nepal.. and the problem is whenever exam approaches somekind of sickness catches me. maybe because of my anxiety that i got so scared thinking about being sick af during exam and not being able to give exams.. and scared of back papers. Now also my exams are coming and i have this annoying condition ,tho doctor said everything seems normal. Although the problem seems to not go. Its been a week since i last checked up. And i cannot afford to go for another round of check up because of time limitations. and i cannot manage other things with the studies at the same time. Maybe because of my anxiety i am feeling more intense ,i cannot keep my mind still. I am planning to go for test after exam although i cannot study too. What should i do to keep my mind busy in study through exam time.???? Tbh i am not that unwell i can do everything but the weird feeling in the area that i have problem in ,is freaking me out😑

happened to me too when I was in college. all I did was stop being a pussy and grew the pair to face off fear. it was more of a mental thing leading to physical distress like gu aaula jasto huni, khana man nalagni, man aattine, time pressure feel huni, joro aako jasto huni ani weak huni, ani because of all of these stuff padna nasakni , ghar ma arko tanav choro le padena vanera tesle feri ulto aafulai joro nikalni.. next sem after understanding the pattern I made a promise to myself I wont procrastinate and prepare for exam right from the start of the sem, attain all internal exam, submit all assignment, do enough research on time to tackle this anxiety thing.. eventually by the end of college years I cleared all backlogs, and also was able to chase away this exam anxiety from life.

I suggest going to uphills or some place where you feel much more relaxed. Meditation can be powerful but I don’t think you can meditate properly due to this “time limitation” thing. Try getting more oxygen to yourself rather than focusing on the books all the time.
That’s what I do in such conditions and feel much more relieved. Hope this helps <3
Stress
This is not just a coincidence. I always get sick when something important is about to happen. Got sick twice before my first day at job. Got sick before exam. Got sick before my first day at gym. Yeah it sucks

I’m just a BAD test taker. One time in third grade I was so stressed during the exam that I vomited on my answer sheets. The teachers were nice enough to give me a new answer sheet and extra time to finish my exam. Then in seventh grade, I had a really bad panic attack before social studies exam. Yes, social studies exam! As soon as I sat down to study, I would just start bawling my eyes out! It was that bad! And that funny-stomach churning-vomit inducing-gravity falling feeling never went away. I would always be stressed out during exams and not studying in advance made it worse! I would look at my friends who would gobble up the entire syllabus in two days, and I tried to emulate the same thinking I was no different. Took me a really long time to realize my potential. LOL. I was still a bad test taker towards the end of my academic life and would still be stressed out during exams. But studying wayyyyy in advance for the tests helped me manage my stress a lot. For reference, I studied for 4 months for my engineering license exam while a couple of my friends cleared the test with less than 2 months of preparations.
Don’t stress much bro. What about your eating habits? What about your hygiene? How often do you stay hydrated?
