2. Yes there is. They send you a mobile phone message for pick up.

   An example of that message is given below.

   Dear xxxxxxx,

   We would like to request you to collect your collection point package xxxxxxxc within 2 days to avoid cancellation.

   Details:

   Xxxxxxx
   DEX Gusingal Station
   Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City,Ward 2 – Kalopul area Gusingal
   98xxxxxxxx
   9:00 AM To 7:00 PM

3. They call you sometimes. At around 3 days. The dex station here in Bharatpur said they’ll send back the packages after no collection for 3 days. The call is their last attempt to reach you before that.

   But if you’re unable to collect the package during that period, you can call and tell them to hold the package for you and they’ll do so
