150-200 would be once every 2-3 days. That’s a lot of spice for the stomach.
Eating too much chillo, piro, spicy has its own drawbacks. Also it may be competing brand doing negative marketing.
Patho did shit ton of this against indriver.
So having current every 1-2 days is very very bad.
Firstly its purai maida, ani maida is better avoided.
Secondly, The amount of sodium is too high, Its bad for your body and can cause lifestyle diseases like hypertension and sugar.
I would say once every 1-2 weeks is fine, more than that please avoid.
I eat like 5 packet a year or 10 if i were to give a maximum amount.

It’s even worse. Stop now or regret later when you get sick. Your choice.

What is Current noodles?
Every junk food is bad. It’s the same as other noodles. I guess the spice does a bit of extra damage though.
Personally I dislike the texture and smell of the paste. Bleh, jhan tyo lemon flavored Wala current was ass.
Maile. Hapta ma. 1 choti I. Choti khan chhu. Ek jana ko comment bhane jasto piles have entered the chat bhako chha.
For years during my school and college/graduate life I avoided noodles – any kind because of strong belief that it hampers the liver. My parents always emphasized on that so we generally avoided noodles – raw or otherwise.
Even in the era of RumPum and all, I never had noodles, even though everyone in my school used to have it. I just avoided it. I smoked during my school days but noodles I avoided.
Recently forpast 7/8 months, I excessively ate Noodles ((2 packets for a meal) Current or similar ones like HOT POT ..what not… I even went for the expensive ones, that cost 200/250, anything super spicy along with suasages – like at least once or twice a week for dinner. I loved it because it was spicy and easy and prep – a savoury dinner in 15 mins – just perfect .
I drink a lot as well but I have drank regularly for 3/4 years now – there was no problem with my liver or Cholesterol based on drink as I could see from my regular blood and piss test that I do, each 6 months, however, this months blood results show – at a summary level – liver is starting to damage (like first stage) and TG has increased as well.
I have no proof of it but I think these noodles caused it, I am 100 % sure.. so PLEASE AVOID NOODLES for regular consumption . Go for any other alternative.
Another item not for consumtion are energy drinks , specially RED BULL (original or duplicate). I have a friend in health sector, who says, he sees a lot of patient with Kidney failure due to excessive use of RED BULL, specially neapli migrants who work on the GULF, they consume red bull too much and regularly and hence kidney failure at young age.
it’s like any other noodles. Maida ko noodles, and be careful with the spice level. Aru sabai negative marketing. Obviously not saying good for health, but current has been getting a lot of unnecessary negative marketing. There’s noodles everywhere. There’s spicy noodles everywhere too. And they aren’t hiding anything. They are like any other junk food on the planet. Tara current ma kaile liver gayo, kaile kidney gayo, kaile expired current dekhayera kira pareko current aayo vanne negative marketing dherai cha, and you can guess why. The country is shifting from wai wai…

Eating overly spicy food can damage the oesophagus and stomach and can contribute in precipitating Peptic Ulcer Disease.
