Pomodoro Technique – hamro human brain ko attention span is 30-90 mins espachi padheko kehi yaad hudaina.. so 35 mins ko timer rakhne ani sakepachi 5 mins geet sunne ani feri 35 mins padhna suru garne. after 5 block 30 mins rest garne (rest garne bela phone nachalaune, TikTok and Instagram reels le hamro brain feri rewire gardincha so j padheni yaad hudaina yo herepachi)
   3. Flashcards – Use anki/paper flashcards to remember the things that you find hard to remember.. yo chahi kasari banaune google gare huncha.. harek 10 days ma repet garne
   4. Get a lot of good quality sleep

If you are rich and have some good amount of money then I suggest you do some market research invest some money and start making your assets. So that after few years you don’t have to worry about living and doing science research on your own.

12. Study for the joy if it otherwise don’t study at all.

    I know we are conditioned to be overly dependent on parents and so we have so less of freedom to have such kind of mindset. But also we are conditioned by nepali education system which has made studying a burden. Also our education hasn’t taught us the real beauty and value of Knowledge. It also hasn’t helped us to find what we really love. Even if we find out we are not free to go in that direction. So we are forced to study what society think what we should study. If it wasn’t so we wouldn’t have to ask such foolish question.

    And also it depends on what you are studying, if you are studying heavily memory relying subjects like Biology ya aru kunai You gotta give priority to revisons

13. Well it largely depends upon your interest and the method of your study. I had a great academic comeback for the last 2 consecutive years so I know it’s not that hard it’s only the style of your study. And yeah academics are with it. You can flex it as much as you want.

14. THIRTEEN days baaki xa. Sadhai belka belkaa 3 4 hours padha. First term ma Kati nai padhaai hunxa Ra. Mobile switch off garera faldeu ani eti vyayera matra uthxu vanera padha. Ngl 12 ko entire course 26 days ma padhera ni vyainxa if you pay attention in classes ani Alli alli concept xa vane (maile vyaako ho hai). Natra ekdamai basics ni aaudaina vane ta gaarai parlaa.

    padhne sathi lai kk padhne bhanera sodha,kei tha hunxa.
