how to manage rental property?

so the thing my tenant haven’t paid her 3 months worth of rent YET!!!. and she has left her room to her gau ko ghar for dashain re without contacting me. Ani euta manxe aadi month ma nai without any prior notice she left her room

how do i manage such tenants??

im 18 and still new to this kind of things. should i be lot hard on them? or let them be?
Plus every month they complained like light bigryo ani switch milena, ? which is very hectic for me to handle that

You need to get on with times and upgrade yourself.
Use CONTRACTS and SECURITY DEPOSIT system to find good tenants.
