I have tried buying from them but:
\- They never have the product I want/need.
\- Their search function is totally shit. Khojeko kura vetaudaina.. chutai category ko k k aucha.
And they say they have partnered with Mintra and some other Indian companies to bring great products. But I don’t see the result of this partnership.
And if you have shopped on SastoDeal, please let me know how genuine and up to par is the quality as they market it.
Wondering if Daraz ma jasto scam ta hunna where advertise gareko euta huncha deliver garne arko, used and damaged product haru pathaidine.

I have never been scammed on Daraz. SastoDeal is worse than Daraz. I tried supporting it as a Nepali company but gave up after once, they did not have the product in stock but waited over a week to tell me. Then again, they said they would deliver and I waited three weeks only for them to tell me that the item was out of stock and they could not deliver. In both cases they did not even call to inform me. I had to call them myself and the woman who answered was rude as hell. I’ll take a chance with Daraz any day over this shit SastoDeal. These Nepali companies provide horrible service and expect us to support them just because they are Nepali. Case in point SastoDeal and Tootle.
Ordered few Myntra wala kapdaas.. fair quality ko thyo..this was before lockdown..didn’t knew it exists ahile pani.
SastoDeal? Don’t. Bought a water faucet last winter, temperature control thiyena, temperature would rise till 60-65 degree celsius and eventually ghar bhari ko sabai batti would go off. Happened multiple times. Asked the customer service for refund. Bhaneko ek hapta samma ni bal diyenan, ani mukh chadeko 3 din mai paisa aayo ani firta pani lagey. Chor haru.
I have done two buying from them (store in them).
First one was sent an incorrect item, returning was a great hassle. They don’t have their own delivery and uses third party courier. You don’t get back the delivery fee and it takes ages. They brought many dispute issues and even said that I should take back the returned item. I replied they that was a gift from me to them. After some months, a high ranking employee called me and transferred the money to my esewa wallet.
Second one was a mobile phone. The discount were amazing. Their was a delivery fee but still it came out 3 thousand cheaper than daraz. No problem with this order.
I may in future buy from them if their are cheap and good itmes.
But their presence is not as large as daraz. Returning items are still a hassle.

i bought a thing once, it took them a week to deliever. too slow for me, never been scammed in daraz so that is working out better to me. sastodeal was slowerdeal for me
