  1. When the State cannot assure Justice, it leads to a breakdown of the Social Order, as the only reasons citizens tolerate the system is for the Security a State provides.

If every killer is to be pardoned, every criminal freed, then how will citizens not be motivated to kill their assailants?

The only thing this will cause, is to finally lead people to realise there is no justice in Nepal, and that when the State fails it is up to the people to enact vigilante justice.

  2. You could be an average citizen and you’ll get jail for even a minimal crime. Or you can be a rich person and murder rape and whatever and still be treated like a king by police. This is Nepal.

  3. 17000 marne le 1-2 jana marne lai herda Mahanirdosh dekhihalxa ni. A corrupt state run by mafias and terrorists xa. Tei vara ta nobody wanna stay here. Jati sakdo baira jana paye better .

  4. Paisa vayepaxi ta j pani hune raixa Nepal ma. Manxe mare pani yeti sajilai niskina paune. Tehi pani desh ko president le mafi diraxa. Kahile kahi ta lagxa yini haru le kati samma desh ko ragat chusna sakeko. Aba yesto vayepaxi Nepal ma jhan crime rate haru badxa.

  5. Constitution of Nepal ma vayera nai yo sabai possible bhako ho. Sarkar constitution ko bahira jana mildaina.

Aam maafi ko culture chai US dekhi almost sabai first world country ma xa. Kina bhani harek country ko top position ko leaders harulai kasai na kasailai favor garna nai hunxa.
