I went to club for first time ever with my cousins, and the following day I see me and my sister’s face posted on their social media handle dancing on the floor. SHOCKED I texted them to kindly remove the particular picture from the post but they left me on seen with no action whatsoever

Call the manager or the owner of the club and inform him about the situation. Messaging on social media only will not help as it’s very informal and you don’t know who is handling the page.
If they don’t comply, tell them you’ll report it to the police for infringement of your privacy.

I’ve had a similar issue. They won’t remove it if you don’t call them. They’ll just ignore the social media messages. Call them and they’ll remove it.
Most clubs will agree to remove pictures of you if you don’t want them in the social media. They already have enough pictures to promote themselves, so they don’t really care about removing a few.
Try to get in contact with the club somehow. Most of the time, if you visit the club in off hours, they will do it for you. Don’t worry about what they think, they will delete the pictures.
