Charity fraud

Does someone know if there is law regarding charity fraud. There is someone from my family who is misusing the money sent from donors. It was supposed to be used for her daughter treatment (AML cancer).

I can’t just sit and bear it. Her wife is going through a lot. Apparently that guy is worst of worst. Someone who knew him knew already that money sent to him would be wasted so the donors asked for wife account and sent it. And that fucking bastard came drunk and threatened her wife to give all those money to him.

If anyone can help on this matter kindly give me some suggestions as to what action should be done.
