Here is the story: I passed my license trial, exam, whatever it’s called in late 2022 and the only thing left to do was to take out my license. However, I had to leave the country in a hurry and could not take my license with me. (I am an international student in Australia)
My question now is, can I have one of my parents take out the license on my behalf? They only have access to my original citizenship card. I have sent them photos of my passport (with stamps), tickets, and they also have my visa grant letter (digital), too, in hopes that they can take out my license.
I did some online research, but could not find much. And I would rather snort wasabi than venture into the archaic government’s websites. If any of you know the procedures to take out the license, please do comment.
P.S. I know I can take out my license here in Australia, but I don’t want to. Especially if I can just convert it and save even a little bit of money.

If they have that red paper they can.
Only if you paid rajaswo and got that pink paper. Even then it would be hassle.
