No you cannot buy a property as a foreign citizen in Nepal.. however if you were raised in Nepal and have parents who are Nepali citizens then I think you can get NRN citizenship card which will allow you to buy land in Nepal.

Yes, you can. There are lots of foreigners who buy business and investment properties in Nepal. Find an attorney who helps with FDI or you can get NRN card. Don’t NRN card in Nepal, their rules and process will give you a mental breakdown.
