Been using it for more than 8 mnths now! Never ever had downtime or noticeable slowdown ( but using it in office only so can’t say about peak hours) in my experience it’s completely hassle-free and like 10,000 times better than Vianet. Its dirt cheap as well. You need to know 3 things. The router they provide is “Refurbished” or in another word used. ( which isn’t an issue as they have to do cost cutting and as long as it functions well)
Another is lack of user control you have to call them to even change password or username. 3 rd issue is calling them. They have only one land-line number and they use it for marketing as well as user support so its mostly impossible to get on the line. You have to 1st msg them on Facebook and wait for them to call you. So if you have a problem it’s natural that it won’t be solved immediately.
But i would rather use Wifi-Nepal then suffer using vianet where even playing YouTube or using social media at times was challenging, doing any work which required Internet connection would be headache inducing. And i had to call them like every other week with an issue.
