Hello friend, I’m not Nepali and just stumbled on here so I don’t speak the language or know exactly what is available for you guys locally. The main thing I’ll tell you is to see your doctor for a proper examination but I’ll say a few things below.
Haemorrhoids are veins in your butt that have become large due to things like constipation, excessive straining when using the toilet, obesity, pregnancy and heavy lifting. They are either inside your anus or outside. Sometimes the inside ones can become big enough to come outside and can cause problems if you can’t push it back in.
Some things you can do at home:
– increase fiber in your diet to help you poop better
– drink more water
– do not strain (push out your poop) on the toilet
– do not sit on the toilet for long
– if you use toilet paper, don’t rub your butt harshly after pooping.
– use underwear that doesn’t irritate your anus
– exercise more as it helps your bowels (AVOID heavy lifting and things like squats as that will make it worse)
– do a sitz bath twice a day or so for about 15 minutes (put enough warm water in bathtub or small tub to cover your anus when you sit down in it. You can add Epsom salts if you have them)
– avoid using any opioid medicine for pain as they are likely to make you constipated which will make your haemorrhoids worse
You might be able to get a steroid cream from your pharmacy to apply to your anus to help reduce it. These are useful for the external/outside ones and can take up to a week to work. Less useful for the inside ones. Best to use after you poop. If no improvement go back to your doctor.
If there is blood in your poop, go straight to your doctor, especially if it looks like it’s in the poop and not the water. Blood in poop can be caused by serious things like cancer which you don’t want to ignore. Your doctor will most likely need to see your bum and might have to put a finger inside to make sure everything is ok (so wash before you see them!). Don’t be worried, it should not be painful.
If you have very bad internal haemorrhoids that are painful or can’t go back inside, you might need to have surgery to remove them.
The anal fissures should be helped by some of the stuff above. I think there are other creams you can get from your doctor with prescription, or a Botox injection if needed. If it’s still very bad you might also need surgery for this to fix it.
Good luck!!
Drink more water a
Eat more fibre drink more water. Avoid spicy foods and meat. Consult a doctor if it is in initial stages it will go away in some time but you will need a surgical intervention if it is more developed.
Sitz bath might also help. But mostly, be careful about your diet. Eat a lot of fiber, drink lots of water and take adequate walks and light exercise.
It is the most annoying thing to happen since it is often embarrasing but mostly painful. I suffered for years, consulted a few different doctors and tried all kinds of meds and creams that helped to a varying degree. But ultimately, what helped the most was taking care of my body and being mindful of what I eat.
Go to Nardevi Ayurvedic hospital. Its free treatment for hemorroids. They might help u .
Being paranoid is making hemorrhoids.
If fissure is happening again and again then do following thing–
1. Eat fiber rich diet and drink warm water before going to washroom. And sitz bath.
2. Most important — Go for “ANAL DILATION” i.e you have increase the size of your anus, for this you can either purchase anal dialtor from medical shops or you can use your fingers(start with one finger then increase number of finger with time), apply any lubricant (vasline or coconut oil) on the finger insert it in your anal cavity keep it there for 2-4 min.
Overall Healthy lifestyle and anal dialation is the key for treating chronic fissure

Avoid anything that could cause gastric or acidity or is heavier to digest. Avoid alcohol and smoking. A plate of green salad everyday. Meds not very effective in these cases… just more complications. Also…Avoid meat.
