  1. At first, go to hospital, and have your ferritin level, iron level, vitamin D and thyroid checked.

Other than that, Hairfall is usually due to high DHT level, which means that you have high amount of androgen( male hormone) on your body. For the solution, You can use Minoxidil 5%( works by increasing the blood flow and activating hair follicles) and Finasteride( works by blocking the production of male harmone and reduce the amount of DHT) which are commonly found in medical. You can also use spironolactone.( it helps with androgenetic alopecia and hormonal acne too.) Usually females with hairloss use spironolactone , i don’t know if males also take them.

Another condition is hairfall due to scalp conditions like excess dandruff, psoriasis, dermatitis etc. For this, try to use ketoconazole based shampoo. You can easily get it on pharmacy at price around 200. Apply it twice a week and leave for around 4 minute and rinse your hair.

Remember that, no amount of diy haircare, rosemary, and other things will work on your hair if you have medical conditions. So remember to get your blood test first and see if you have any of the issue i have mentioned. These are all based on my personal experience, so please go and consult your doctor first. 🙂

  2. Minoxidil use gara 3months jati ani diet ramro hunu paro junk food haru avoid gara hair fall prevent garne shampoo use gara 2 times a week matra kapal naunu . cut your hair short yeti garda mero hairfall roki yo

  3. I lost my hair when I was just 21. Young and in love with a girl; one sided though. :![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)

Since 2014, I have been to barber only once. Saved tons of money since then on hair cut to get hair transplant in a month.

Just sharing my story. If I had a remedy, I wouldn’t be BALD . LOL
