I live in a hostel and I wanna join gym occupy myself and have overall better health. How much does gym membership cost monthly. Also, I don’t have money for buying diet food and not easy to follow too while living in a hostel. So can I join gym and just eat regular food and still see any changes?

Depends on your goal man. If you want to lose weight, eat regular food but control your portion, cut back, use less oil and so on.

If you want to bulk, eat regular food, go ham on the portion, not too much on the rice tho, and still use less oil and so on.

And for god’s sake, just join already. Average gym cost between 2000-3500. Look up on google, call nearest gyms and find out yourself rather than asking for average cost of membership here.

If nothing, I’m sure you can afford eggs. Eat whole eggs. Like 5-7 everyday.
Up the protein intake. See what food you are getting in your hostel, then use Google to analyse their nutritional value, then eat them accordingly.
Increase the lentils and vegetable intake. Save some money for nonveg and eat them regularly. Learn to manage if you are really keep. Work things out.
