I’ve had fifth metacarpal fracture and done k wire surgery in bpkihs dharan ghopa after surgery i was not satisfied looking x ray my 5th metacarpal head was shortened and crushed after 4 weeks k wire has been removed now after 3 weeks has gone still i can’t grip my 5th finger and done my new hand x ray crushed bones are stills not connected

Idk about metacarpal fracture but one of the finest ortho surgeons in Nepal is Deepak Mahara. He used to work in Teaching before but i think now he is in Chirayu Hospital ktm or both idk need to inquire about.
