What would you haina what could you chai bhana. We are limited by a lot of things already for various reasons such as geography, geo-political relations, country ranking, economy, literacy rate etc. Dherai kura chahera ni sambhav chainan, sambhav huney kura haru chai sochda huncha such as infrastructure, free healthcare, free education upto high school, free education for certain major undergrad degree, iso certified drinking water across the country, honoring human rights, creating a safe environment for everyone regardless of gender and ethnicity. Yi saab kura haru le garera we are a third world country and i’ve seen a lot of people trying to challenge that by saying it’s a western ideology to patronize new world nations. Nope. We lack those things and those things are a benchmark for classifying countries and there’s nothing wrong with that. If they are fixed we could move up the chart and become a first world nation in someone’s era in the distant future. If they are fixed. If not, well tehi taal ho. So this rests on us to fix it but instead of fixing it we are challenging the ideology to justify our shortcomings. Nepal has the potential to be one of the most beautiful nations on the planet tara well hamro part ma as citizens and as nepali chai we haven’t done much.
Only one thing we can do is to pray god to give some common sense to Nepalese people. This is too much now. Nepal is in it’s worst times now. People support plus don’t care about corrupt ones destroying country for decades. Instead they protest on every single mistakes done by people trying for positive changes. This country sucks now. Everyone is leaving this country . Even jholes who voted fot tested and failed have to leave because of them. LOL this country is now shrinking and the most funny thing is that this country is between the two most fuckin powerful, rich, selfish and nuclear countries

Starting with educating people with true DEMOCRATIC norms and value over current HYBRID AUTHORITATIVE REGIME, following things must be done:
-1. 80-90% current top leaders & top beaureaucrats in jail , to set high moral standards to start with.
0. Access to clean water, better air quality, proper traffic rules and licensing for new drivers starting with top 10 cities.
1. Appoint Gagan Thapa as prime minister. His plan governemnt is really fascinating. For example: free education, health and govt controlled public transporation
2. Appoint experts as 25 central level ministers with Dr. Swarnim wagle leading economy. 15 young guns under/around 35 in ministries
3. Work with 2 levels of government, scrap federal government. Local govt working closely with people can build all necessary basic infrastructures quickly and reliably.
4. Scrap proportional elected MP system. Limiting number of MPs to 231, 3 from each district
5. Independent executive and judiciary, no political appointments including police and all constitutional bodies, gradually improving rule of law.
6. Increase tax base and revenue. Closing loopholes to generate more income for governement. One would not believe but will some efforts tax can be increaed 3-4 folds within the country.
7. Increase salary and benefits for government employees/ teachers by at least 3 folds, zero tolerance in corruption with independent powerful committee with firing powers after performance review!
8. Eliminate Red Tape for service industries empowering IT companies. Manufacturing focus for domestic consumption, especially using domestically available materials. Nepal cannot be a manufacuring based economy due to lack of resources and access.
9.Provide full scholarships for 300-500 students annually at domestic and foreign universities to come and work for government with guaranteed govt jobs after graduation. Appoint foreign experts to improve educational standards and norms for a while.
10. Build 2 full fleged cricket stadiums in 2-3 years to host bilateral series and tournaments like Asia Cup regularly. Register a governement controlled public company and build through an IPO collaborating with people like Dhurmus Suntali.
11. Improve quality of education and institutions. Prioritize education programs based on skills in demand for the country and ensure governement funding and jobs after training/education. University education must be optional and not a requirement to enter labor force.
12. Enforce provisions of Labor Act, hourly wage system for students/part timers and strengthen SSC practice across the country.
13. Free health service with monthly deduction through Social Security Fund (SSF) at source just like income tax and managed through dedicated wing of health ministry collaborating directly with 2-3 international insurance companies.
14. Attract foreign investments in tourism sector, especially infrastructures like hotels and restaurants to generate foreign currency in long run with employment priorities to local people.
15. Attract/train diplomatic experts to reap benefits from Chinese and Indian economies.
PS: I do not want to hold any position in governement as I am not qualified enough in the long run. I would happily live normal life with my family instead letting best people run the show!

I would change the stupidity of people.
Most people here don’t seem to understand that you can’t do any thing good with open border with Bihar and UP. I’m just telling you the truth. Bihar has per capita income of 650 usd and UP with 950 usd. (just one google you’ll get this data) Once Nepal starts being just, not too much just a little bit developed it’ll be run over by crores of people from these States. All your free education and free health care will be overrun. Up and Until these states develop or we forcefully close our border we cant do shit. Not trying to be racist just saying. Have you ever seen people from Sikkim or Uttrakhand move to Nepal? No because those states are rich AF. Until we close our border or manage we cant develop our country no matter what.
So the first thing ill suggest is to be independent on basic needs like food, water and power. Then fund Nepali not mardawi or Chinese business but Nepali business in every sector mostly manufacturing and IT. Then close the stupid border. Promote doing business keep the money flowing. Keep all roads paved in Cities and Terai, in hills and mountain try to make decent paved roads as much as possible. Decentralize Kathmandu. Rather than imposing 300% or more tax on Cars, Manufacture it here and sell it, just imagine how much jobs will be generated and how much income even our government can get. Completely stop importing basic necessities, Make clothes here, make processed foods here etc. Just import raw materials if needed. Promote and help startups. If we get to 5k usd we can stop pinning our currency with India.
Focus on Rich Indian and Rich Chinese tourists. They have a lot of money and there are alot of them. Develop Tourism infrastructure rapidly. Not only in mountain but terai also should be promoted for tourism. Make a East to West railway along side the highway. Make public transport safe and good. Make public transport public lol. We need Strict traffic regulation and wide roads. I think we will need odd even system in Kathmandu. Keep Health check post and help post in Tourism area For average cost. Disband these political student union and kick their asses. They are nothing but parasite. Either you study in Uni or leave. If some one threatens to lock/ close educational institution just jail them. keep law and police/army out of politics as well.
These might look all over the place and i apologies but doing there is not that hard if we citizen and government want to do. In maybe 10 years we can achieve all these goals.
