so the thing my tenant haven’t paid her 3 months worth of rent YET!!!. and she has left her room to her gau ko ghar for dashain re without contacting me. Ani euta manxe aadi month ma nai without any prior notice she left her room
how do i manage such tenants??

You need to get on with times and upgrade yourself.
Use CONTRACTS and SECURITY DEPOSIT system to find good tenants.
