Traveling to Nepal. Are we limited to bringing only one phone per person?

Question- I hear we can only bring one phone with us now. Is that right? If so how are people bringing an extra as a gift?
Are there any new (2 years) changes we need to know. Airport experience wise.

  1. Ok so turns out. This is a recommendation not a rule that is enforced in any way. Brought what I brought (2 phones) and walked through and out like nobody cares. Just my experience. YMMV
