I have been suffering from chronic rhino sinusitis which is having a very bad impact on my quality of life. I had a sinus surgery and allopathy medication doesn’t seem to help so much. Any natural treatments or good treatments that helped you to alleviate your symptoms. Thanks Guys and your help is appreciated.

did you use them steroid nasal sprays? They take time but they work good for me. You have to start taking them at least a few weeks prior to what ever season you get the allergies though. Anyway general allergy prevention should also be incorporated in your lifestyle. Dusty room bad. Dark room where mould grows bad. If seasonal could be a specific plants pollen. So if you can switch your location of stay or where your room is placed that can be tried. Wear a mask. For acute case you can use some anti-histamine for a while. Most of which is found over the counter, But the steroid nasal sprays, do try them.
