After the recent Jajarkot earthquake, the number of temporary accommodations made by different political parties: UML-315, Nepali congress- 104, Maoist center- 54, others-8, RSP-0.
Let’s not forget that rabi lamichhane was the first person to get to jajarkot after the earthquake and it has proved be nothing more than a stunt. 22 earthquake victims have already died of cold. Leaders of nepali congress, UML are actively involved in building temporary accommodations and providing relief aid. But all we see from RSP is complaints.
And another problem is they are way too diplomatic on every issue and refuse to take any stance. Like swarnim wagle rightly pointed out the nepal army needs to be restructured. But rabi lamichhane later said “hamle ta testo vanekai haina”. rabi lamichhane says “aile ko sanghiyata des le dhaanna sakdaina” but then goes to madhesh pradesh and says “sanghiyata lai ajha chusta durusta banauna parcha”

I completely disagree with OP. This is how the ruling three parties like to distract people and stay in the government for so long by fooling the electorate.
What is the root cause of the earthquake victims not receiving relief? The answer is the Nepal government was ineffective in delivering assistance to the victims. It is not RSP’s job to provide the relief since they are not in the government. It is the central, regional, and local government’s job to help. The job of RSP as an opposition party is to put the government in check, which they are doing.
Maoist and Congress are in the central government and many of the local governments. UML is in some local governments. They have failed miserably in their job. It seems the old parties have resources. How come their own government is doing nothing but the parties are trying to take political credit?
The problem is immense. There are approximately 66,000 houses destroyed per MOH. It is winter and many people are dying.
The best solution is to build houses quickly by deploying resources such as army, private contractors, local bodies, and volunteers in a coordinated way by a disaster management office. The ruling parties have completely failed in this regard. Building 100 or 200 houses in one month for political credit will not solve the problem. It is not efficient and not scalable given the massive effort required.
Instead, the political parties should stay out of the way and help the Government lead and provide leadership and management in reconstruction by channeling all resources. People like Sumana Shrestha in RSP are doing right thing by directing the government and sharing their knowledge instead of trying to take political credit.
BTW, Sumana Shrestha of RSP was working at BCG, one of the top three management consulting firms in the world during the 2015 earthquake. She immediately volunteered through BCG to come to Nepal and ultimately made a sacrifice to quit her job to continue to help Nepal.

Just my opinion: as someone mentioned above, party vaneko members le banni ho ra RSP new vayeko huna le sayed tyo remote area ma aafno members xaena hola… aaru thau bata gayera kehi garidina ko lagi pani budget huna paryo, teha ko nai manxe lai k kham kata sutam xa bichara vane aaba ktm dekhi ka manxe or pokhara dekhi ka gayera khasai kehi hola jasto lagdaina malai…. aarko kura teha gayera k garne vana ta sathi? Skill vayeka manxe sabai besta xan aafno pet tarna or bahira xan sabai vane Rabi jasta bolna matrai janeka le k garna sakxan teha? It seems that they’re having a hard time figuring out a party agenda. This needs to be resolved if they are going to be a significant national party.
