What you’re looking for is a metro that would go round the major areas of the city. But for that, a lot of areas need to be cleared which is pretty difficult in Kathmandu’s context.
Sajha bus are great in my opinion if they can be scaled and made more manageable. No need of fancy metro and tram plus our economy can’t handle them

Baru bhitra bhitra ko route haru ma micro/tempu haru lai allocate garera, main chakrapath ma chai Thulo buses haru nei chaina. Ani balla ali kati bhaye ni sudhar aaucha.
