I am a student and today in my class I noticed that I could not read what was written in the board clearly. I realized that I cannot see clearly far. Any home solutions?? I don’t want to wear glasses. So, please if anyone had faced same issues guide me.

You have to wear glasses, choice of not wearing is not an option unless you do lasik laser eye surgery. Just get your eye checked up and wear one.
leave your mfing phone away from your hands, get away from tv. Control your screen time… eat apple and some fruits. Self control is necessary. And at last dont fap too much
