So I today in my college around I guess 11am we were having our classes as usual. During one of these classes a classmate of mine who was very normal at first suddenly burst out screaming something which I couldn’t really make out(it sounded like she was screaming “kalima” or whatever on repeat)and also was shaking and like throwing thing but Katerina on didn’t remember anything. I tried to search it up on Google but couldn’t find proper answer. Does anyone have a clue?

she was having a panic attack of of my good friend use to have that, when ever she overthinks she went to a silent state and she would scream and couldn’t control her body. her whole body would cramp and in rare cases difficulty on breathing. At 1st that was a nightmare but we slowly knew what to do when that happened.
