I always get scared if i catch cold or flu like i hate it so very much..sore throat, blocked nose, pain while swallowing, cough, can’t sleep…this disease is so underrated but whenever i get it 2 weeks are gone for me..on top of that i just get it during exams..here i am drinking hot water with turmeric in this hot weather.. I FUCKING HATE FLUUUUU…
What you guys do to get relief from this flu thing??

Omg I so relate to you. Just recovered from a painful throat that lasted weeks and cough out of the blue. Garmi ma cold lagnu vaneko ta curse jastai ho. Garmi hunxa, chiso Khana mildaina feri, ekdam bakwas rog. Honey din dinai khanuparxa, and yea besarpani aduwa misayera khau, relieves to some extent. I cover my tauko and ghati all the time, pasinai pasina vaye ni tato rakhnuparxa natra baljhinxa Mero, not sure if it’s gonna be the same for you.

Get urself checked with qualified health care professional ..one of the reason for frequent flu is low immunity.. it may be due to chronic illness, other acquired diseases, deficiency in diet, some medication you are taking (like steroids), stress etc. Ani also Influenza ko vaccine pauxa which can be of great relief to u.. you can also get that but only after consulting with your general practitioner .. I think around 3k parxa ani harek 1 year ma launa parxa!
