See that divider in the middle? They are prob planning to add plant. But the bottom is asphalt. Is that even necessary? This which done while kmc is talking about “ground water recharge” from individual house level.
The could have just run this pilot thing in chabahil-jorpati road which is utterly mismanaged mess.
I don’t under stand why this place is blacktopped multiple time, footpath is changed every few years while other places doesn’t even get simple maintainance.
